John Cena talks about his character in latest movie, Post WrestleMania Raw tickets om sale from this week

John Cena's latest movie named "sisters" will be releasing soon. During the promotions, he talked about his character in the movie. He is playing a drug dealer:

"The meaning for my character is simple - they need drugs, And I'm a drug dealer. They ask us to hang out, which is probably the biggest mistake of his life. The party starts out pretty lackluster, then gets kind of cool, and then gets pretty crazy, and then becomes chaotic."

The movie comes out in theaters at December 18th.

Post-WrestleMania Raw tickets

The Tickets for Raw after WrestleMania 32 PPV will on sale at 11 am CT this Saturday. WWE released the following statement about it:

Mellina comments on recent controversy Announced matches for Smackdown

The Lucha Underground Wrestling promotion recently removed former WWE Diva Melina with women's wrestler Taya Valkyrie. Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Lucha Underground said that Mellina was "extremely difficult" to deal with. Mellina replied to this with a post on social media:

"I love wrestling, but I never thought I'd see this much crazy from people where they'd start rumors & such, long after I've stopped wrestling. During my career, All I wanted was to be around people that loved what I loved and make magic with them. I'm not even in wrestling anymore and people still keep fabricating stories of this evil, villain of a woman. It's awesome to think my onscreen character was that convincing, but in actuality... That's just crazy!"

WWE Smackdown announced matches

The following matches are announced for tonight's episode of WWE Smackdown:

* The New Day vs. The Usos and Dean Ambrose

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin talks about the future of Finn Balor

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin shared his thoughts on the recent episode of The Taz Show: Body Slam and Beyond. He talked about the current 'Politically correct' era in WWE, Finn Balor's entrance and more. Below are some highlights from the show:

He talked about the young talent and things being heavily scripted in current WWE:

"It's a different PC world that those guys are operating in, so I feel for those guys. And I love WWE, I'm still part of the company, but it's just tough these days on these kids, I don't like to be the bitter veteran that complains about the system, but, I don't believe that promos should be 'scripted'. A couple of bullet points, yes, to point a cat in the right direction, but you've got to be out there and be able to feel at home and believe with conviction and your heart and your soul with everything that you're saying and if you're just trying to be an orator or someone who delivers a speech, that's not effective in my opinion. And to me, to draw money, you've got to be able to reach people's heartstrings and reach some kind of guttural response or just anything that resonates with them."

He talked about the current level of athleticism being so high:

"These guys are a step above our generation and the generations before us, athletically. What they can do in the ring is amazing and they're great athletes, but I can give you [Ric] Flair/[Barry] Windham from '87 or '86 and those guys are working at today's pace, but they're selling everything, they're not telegraphing anything, they're not foreshadowing the next sequence of moves. It's about 50-50 or 70-30 called in the ring and so it feels spontaneous and it feels different. It feels like a shoot. So there's a real fine line between taking all that athleticism and you're going to set up a little bit of stuff, but when it looks like you're just going through the motions, you're just going through the motions and people can see that. And you've got to be able to feel and really get behind a character and a personality and the human that's doing that. I mean, that's the money level."

He also talked about the current NXT champion Finn Balor and if he will get lost in the main roster:

"I'm wondering if he's going to get lost in the shuffle a little bit[on the main roster]. He does that crawl to the ring and sometimes it takes so long. It's a little disconcerting because I've seen the kid. Good looking kid, worked for many years in Japan, and he's very technical from Ireland or wherever he's from. Great kid! Great kid! Hell of a worker. Ten times the worker I ever was, but he [has] got to connect with those people. And so hopefully that gimmick allows him to do that. And it's a great look. You can make a lot of action figures off of it, but put all the pieces together. People [have] got to care about him to become emotionally invested in him, but a great human being and a hellacious worker."

Austin joked about the long entrance of Finn Balor:

"Sometimes, I worry, Taz, about those long entrances. I mean, how long can you crawl? And then put yourself in the boots of your opponent." Austin continued, "here comes this kid and he's low to the ground. If 'Stone Cold'Steve Austin was still in the ring, [waiting] there [in the ring for] 15 years, dude, I'd have to go stomp a mud hole in him and walk it dry when I'd have the opportunity because that's what 'Stone Cold' would do."

Bayley talks about her inspiration in Wrestling

NXT Women's champion Bayley appeared on the Kevin Gill Show. She said that WWE Hall of Famer Macho Man Randy Savage is her inspiration. Below are some highlights from the interview:

She said Randy Savage is her inspiration:

"I always say Macho Man because he was the first person that I saw in wrestling that really hooked me. The way he moved, the way he looked, the way he dressed. Everything about him. And as I started watching Lita was a big inspiration to me. She kind of showed me I could just stay who I am to be who I want to be."

About receiving advice from William Regal:

"He's helped me a lot on facial expressions, promos, and stuff like that. He's very detailed with the way somebody moves even in the ring or just little details you never really think of. Just for me it was facials and promos because that was my hardest task to overcome."

Keeping her attitude positive:

"It's kind of hard to not be in a good mood because NXT keeps growing and growing... I'm in these great matches and have the opportunity to main event shows. I see new people come in and learning and that really makes me happy too. Meeting new people and trying to help people. It's kind of like an all-around family, positive thing."

According to her what makes NXT so special:

"In NXT everyone wants to get to the main roster, but everybody is working together for that goal... We spend every single day together so we're really like a family getting to live our dreams together."

Mick Foley completes his new movie, independent star comments after working at NXT

Independent star Tommaso Ciampa  wrote the following after he appeared on last night's NXT episode. He had a great match with Samoa Joe which he lost:

"I wrestled in the main event for a WWE show. That's pretty crazy. Like really nuts. 10-year old me is yelling and screaming like a lunatic. 30 year old me is giving 10 year old me a high five"

ESPN anchor talks WWE return, Reason behind Kevin Owens's absence

Former WWE announcer and current ESPN anchor Jonathan Coachman talked about returning to WWE on Twitter. He said he would like to return to WWE.

He said it will be profitable for both companies and he would like to call Raw once again. However, he also noted that he hasn't been contacted by WWE for a return.

Why Kevin Owens missed Raw

It caught media attention when Kevin Owens unexpectedly missed Raw this past Monday. It was noted that Fans in attendance were not happy about him not appearing after being advertised.

Now the reason for his absence has been revealed. It was reported that Owens who was travelling with his kid got ill and was sent home immediately. Owens also confirmed this news on his twitter:

Forbes writes on Roman Reigns, POP TV president talks signing with TNA

Donald Wood from Forbes wrote an article on Roman Reigns this week. The article explained the reason behind Roman Reigns failing as Face for WWE. Here is a part from the article:

Winning the championship at Survivor Series—only to have it ripped away by The Authority-backed Sheamus—is almost identical to how the company booked the quintessential underdog Bryan at WrestleMania 30. With WWE trying to follow a similar pattern for Reigns, a portion of the WWE Universe is having trouble supporting a Superstar who is being positioned as the next Cena, while still being portrayed as Bryan.
Recommended by Forbes It's hard to take Reigns serious as an underdog when he has a track record similar to the ultimate Superman, Cena. Since making his main roster debut in November 2012, Reigns has only lost 17 singles matches.

POP TV president talks TNA

TNA made the announcement of moving from Destination America to Pop TV just a few weeks ago. The Pop TV President Brad Schwartz spoke to Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald about this. Here are some highlights of it:

About what makes TNA a successful show:

"The easy answer is ratings, but for an emerging network like ourselves that's not the be-all, end-all. There's a business side to this. Just 12 months ago, when this show was on Spike, it averaged 1.3-million viewers every week for the entire year. That's two hours a week for 52 weeks it averaged 1.3-million viewers a week. That's not spin. That's Nielsen. We're in almost as many homes as Spike. So you would love to see us build it back up to those levels, and if you talk to [TNA President] Dixie [Carter], surpass those levels. Is that gonna happen in the first month? Is that gonna happen in the first quarter? Is that gonna happen in the second quarter? I think it will be a little bit of a build as we earn back the fans who might not have been able to watch it, because they didn't get it anymore; they didn't have that channel."

Why they signed with TNA:

"The other thing that I love about this type of content is it's not Netflixable. This isn't something you're going to watch on Netflix in two years. It's in the moment. It's appointment tune television. It's exciting, and you got to tune in every single week. That is rare in television today. So what's rare in television today is a show that does 1-million viewers. What's rare in television today is a show that you need to watch on your television set, and you need to watch it this week. Those are two very, very exciting things to us. As an emerging network — one of the fastest growing networks on television — press and social buzz and just being a part of a conversation, all of those things are data points which are important to us, More people talking about us, more people talking about the content we have on TV, more people watching. This partnership between us and [TNA] Impact Wrestling, our goal is to build it into a very, very big business and to have even more success than it's ever had."

He was also asked about the rumours of TNA being there for only a short time. He said that they are a growing channel and they know which show they have to put on their prime time.

Mick Foley talks about Roman Reigns turning heel

As promised Mick Foley appeared on the 277th episode of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's "The Steve Austin Show". He talked in detail about his comment last week that he will stop watching Raw. it made lots of headlines. Here are some highlights from the interview:

Foley said he started watching Raw as a Family activity but slowly noticed that children were not interested in it:

"I came to appreciate the time I was spending with the kids [watching RAW] and it's kind of a no-brainer if it's Monday night and I'm home that that's where I'll be for three hours every Monday night. But my 12-year-old falls a sleep [at] about nine [o'clock]. My 14-year-old has lost interest, I don't necessarily need to watch the show just for the sake of watching the show and I realized the show is not depressing me. It's frustrating me."

He said he was in a position where he was watching the show just for the sake of watching it:

"When I realized I was on the verge of not watching, I just thought that I could be indicative of what could be hundreds of thousands of other people who were on the fence, like, who hadn't been happy about the show for a while, but were watching it because that was their pattern and that's what they did."

Foley said that it's difficult to separate the heel character of the authority Triple H and Stephanie McMahon to the characters of them in which they go out and do charity:

"I've always liked Stephanie, I've always thought the world of her, and I see this person who does great things for Be a STAR [and] for Connor's Cure, and it confuses people. It's hard to really dislike this guy who [has] kind of built NXT from the ground up. It's hard to really dislike Stephanie. And I hope that's not nitpicky. now you're in a position where the strong personalities are not on the marquee for the house shows or the main events. And that's my worry, that they're going to double down with the Authority and I'm not sure that's what people want to see."

Foley believes that Roman Reigns should turn heel:

"I believe that Roman Reigns as part of the Authority would take off. I think that's what that character really could have used. they're kind of putting [Reigns] in that Steve Austin role and not everybody can pull that off."

Foley said that heavily scripted promos are not good, because it ends the chance of mistakes but also improvements:

"When you script things, you do take away, like, the chances of disasters. but at the same time, when you try to eliminate disasters and you try to eliminate chances of guys like me and The Rock [going] 14 minutes over time, [turning] a 12-minute segment into 26, you also take away that likelihood, or the chance, the possibility, that something really special will take place out there."

Teddy long talks about his time in WWE

Former Referee and Smackdown Gm Teddy Long recently talked to the Two men power trip of wrestling podcast. He talked about his time in WWE and his last appearance for the company. Here are the highlights of the interview:

On his last appearance being on Smackdown's 15th anniversary:

"For me there was no prepping that day. Sometimes there is usually a rehearsal as to what we are going to do or go over things and make sure everybody is right. Vince always knew that I've had rehearsals, but he always knew that he didn't have to give them to me he only had to give me what he wanted done and I would always be able to get out there and do it. I had been gone for a year and when I went out there it was like I never left. I always took my job real serious and when I think back to that 15th Anniversary I knew exactly where I was and I was back in the hands of Vince McMahon and you don't play around up there, you do your work, do your job and you keep Vince happy and that's what I did."

Being the Gm of smackdown brand for near 6 years:

"It meant a lot to me because I had been in Professional Wrestling for over 30 years and basically the longer you stay in this business the more you learn and the more experience you get. When I was in the NWA and WCW I had a few guys like Butch Reed and Ron Simmons (who were the first Afro-American tag team champions) and when you are always trying to get a break it looks like there is always something somewhere that just kind of stops you. That's what happened with me in the NWA and WCW, every time we would get something good somebody would try to break it up or wanted to do something else or break the team up. I was able to go to New York and work for Vince and once he found out what I could do then he was real pleased with me. He was the only person that ever gave me a break and I wanted to reward him for giving me that because I always wanted to show people that said I didn't have any talent, that I had talent and Vince McMahon helped me prove that. My thing up there with him is that I am going to make this work and whatever he wants me to do I am going to do that and I am going to portray myself."

He talked about his trademark word "pleya" and how it was invented:

"My character was basically just me. The word "playa" I just started saying it around the house. I had this big dog and I used to call him all the time, his name was Balls but I started calling him "Playa" around the house and I just took that to TV and started using it. Another example is the dance that I do. A lot of people think that is something big, well it's big to me because of my Grandson. We bought him this little walker and every time he would get in that he would just bounce up and down kind of like the dance so I started doing the dance on TV because I wanted my Grandson to watch it and let him know I was doing his dance. So that's the inside secret about how the dance came about. When you can be yourself you can be more relaxed when you are out there trying to portray a character and you are trying to get somebody over, well I wasn't trying to get anyone over but me. I was able to adapt and I was able to learn Vince McMahon's way. That's another thing, if you learn Vince McMahon's way you will be there for a long time. I was able to do all of that with the help of God."

On the joke people make about him on social media:

"I never really thought about it and there was never any thought behind it. I was told what to do, I was told we were going to turn this into a tag team match and I just started doing it on my own in giving the emphasis on "tag team match" and doing my thing. But it actually got over and is all over YouTube. Everybody wants to see me make that tag team match."

Dorian Pena talks about Alberto Del Rio leaving AAA for WWE

Dorian Roldan Peña who is the founder of Lucha underground and AAA's Executive Vice President of Business Development spoke with Sam Roberts' Wrestling Podcast. Here are some highlights from the interview:

He said that he got to know that Del Rio was leaving to join WWE only 3 days before the Hell In a Cell PPV:

"[Del Rio] was our champion and we were in negotiations and after that WWE arrives at the table and you cannot compete with a company like WWE when you're talking about that amount of money. we were closing his [new] deal in Mexico and he was just finishing his deal in Lucha Underground, so the timing for him was perfect to do whatever he wants. And he had this offer from WWE. [It] was a really good offer. I think he [made] a smart decision."

He said that they offered Del Rio to work with them till the end of the year, but WWE didn't agree:

"We were trying to figure out with Alberto if we can have [him] for the next two shows. we asked Alberto if he can work with us until the end of the year, for two or three more shows that we have on television, and he was like, 'I think, yes. Let me ask the WWE.' And the answer was, 'no, I can't.'"

He talked about protecting the young talent:

"I think that there are two expenses that you cannot cut in your company, and [it is] even more [true] in a [professional] wrestling company: [accountants] and the lawyers. [They are] the two most important things in a wrestling company. right now, for example, with the legal department that we have in Mexico and that we have in the United States, of course, we are trying to protect all of our talents and I think we are not the only ones. If you are going to invest in your talent and young talent, the thing you want to do is to be really protective. And, of course, if they have a better opportunity, they are [free] to take it, so I think the only thing you want is in soccer or another sport, if you want to take one of our talents, come and tell us."

He also talked about the unexpected death of Aguayo, who died during a match which involved Rey Mysterio, Manik and Xtreme Tiger in Tijuana:

"I don't like to throw out bad answers about things, but, for example, the thing about Perro Aguayo, it was an accident. It happened in an indy show. It was the only show in Mexico that wasn't promoted by AAA with Rey Mysterio. It was the first show, so when Perro called us to tell us that he wants to have this fight with Rey Mysterio because he was the first fight of Rey Mysterio in Mexico, we were like, 'you can do it!' We weren't expecting to have an accident like that. It's something really tragic and something that you don't know how to handle."

He said that they talked to the family of unfortunate wrestler:

"We had this conversation with his family and his family understands really well that there are accidents in this business and it [was] a really sad moment. It's one of the saddest weeks in AAA [history], in all this 23 years."

When asked about which WWE Talent he would like to add to AAA roster,  He said that Prince Devitt would be the one. Prince Devitt is the former name of WWE superstar Finn Balor.

The Rock took his Facebook and wrote about her cousin sister and WWE Diva Nia Jax. She is currently in NXT. The Rock said that he told her not to care about titles and just to be herself. Here is the post:

Kavin Owens fans not happy

Several sources reported that Kavin Owens fans were not very happy after yesterday's Raw. Fans in the attendance were seen complaining about it.

It's notable that Owens was advertised for the show but didn't appear. The reasons for this is currently unknown.

New poll about the most extreme family, Mick Foley's latest comments on Raw

After the Return of Tommy Dreamer, last night on Raw WWE has a new poll on their website asking which family is more extreme.

The options include only 2- The Wyatt Family and The Dudleys with Tommy Dreamer. over 3,000 people have voted till now in which 84% have voted for the team of Tommy Dreamer and The Dudley Boyz.

Prime Time players on media appearence, Vince Russo talks low Raw ratings

WWE Superstars Darren Young and Titus O'Neil better known as 'The Prime Time Players" recently made media appearances. They were promoting WWE Raw in Pittsburgh.

They also took part in the 96.1's "Stuff The Bus" event for Toys-For-Tots. Regarding the event Titus posted a photo on Instagram along with this caption:

Vince Russo talks Raw ratings

Former WWE Creative Writer Vince Russo talked about the record low Raw ratings this past week on his latest episode of  "Nuclear Heat".

He remembered a Raw from 1998 when Stone Cold Steve Austin had just won the WWF Championship:

"(Stone Cold) has a confrontation with Vince McMahon, he uses some foul language, he gets arrested. From there, there's a turn on Faarooq by the Rock. X-Pac joins DX and uses some choice language. There's a cage match with some violence between New Age Outlaws, Mick Foley and Chainsaw Charlie,"

He talked about the latest Raw ratings:

"Everything we did on this show, you're allowed to do today on a TV-PG show. WWE is nowhere near the TV-PG line, they're TV-PC, politically correct. That's what they're rated. Their limitations have nothing to do with the TV-PG rating,"

Mick Foley to appear on Steve Austin show, New Title match announced for TLC

We reported earlier that Mick Foley is not happy with the current WWE product. He noted on social media that tonight's Raw may be the final Raw he is watching. He also wrote a long post on his Facebook account regarding the current WWE product.

Now it looks like we are going to have a good look at all the thoughts of Mick Foley. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin contacted Mick Foley and they are going to sit along to discuss everything wrong with WWE. Mick posted the following on his twitter:

New title match announced for TLC

WWE Tag Team champions New Day will be defending their Tag Team titles against The Usos and The Lucha Dragons at TLC In a Triple Treat Tag team match.

Both challengers were scheduled to compete in a no. 1 contenders match. The champions New Day were present at the ringside doing commentary during the match.

Both teams did some amazing action in the ring. However, the New Day decided to get involved in the match which caused a double disqualification. Later it was announced that they will have to defend the titles against both teams on the PPV.

Bayley talks about being the NXT champion and more

The Current NXT Women's champion Bayley spoke to Martin Hines of The Independent in the UK recently. here are few highlights of the interview:

When asked about fan's booing Eva Marie, if she thinks that fans respect all talents equally:

"I think fans are like that all over the world. We're in the public eye and people are going to criticise no matter what and say what they want to say about us. If they want to boo Eva then that's great, she can have more to feed off. I don't know if it's a personal thing where they don't really respect her, but she's doing her job."

How her life has changed after being the NXT Women's Champion:

"I've noticed a change in things like doing more interviews and more people wanting to talk to me because i'm the champion. I'm at the forefront of the NXT women's division and it's really humbling to think that I'm not just a part of this new era, but that I'm the leader of it.
"Even at the WWE Performance Center, I've noticed a lot of people coming to me for advice, and I take a leadership role now as the champion and as somebody who has been in the locker room the longest. It's a huge responsibility to work with these newer girls and try to help them, while also keeping the division strong and the same thing that the NXT fans fell in love with. It's a challenge and it's a lot of fun, so I'm very proud to be a part of it."

When asked about what see thinks after seeing her old friends on main roster:

"I definitely want to be a part of it but I'm not in any rush right now. NXT is so huge and we're already doing something very special here, so if I was on the main roster right now I'd feel that I was missing out with what's going on in NXT. We have Asuka, Nia Jax, Alexa Bliss, Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Carmella and all these girls who are just waiting to change the division even more than it already has. They're going to take it to a different level so selfishly I still want to be part of that. I'm glad I still get to be here and experience it with them but ultimately I want to join Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch in WWE. What they're doing right now is amazing and I know how much it means to them. I'm super proud of them and everything they're going through to change women's wrestling."

Mick Foley says he will not watch Raw after tonight, Brad Maddox returns to Indies

WWE Hall Of Famer and Hardcore Legend Mick Foley is always very vocal about his reactions on the WWE Programming. He has been criticizing the product from a long time. In his latest post on social media he wrote:

"It's frustrating. I live 90 minutes from WWE headquarters (less without traffic). They know I've offered to come in, for free, and give them my honest opinions. I have nothing to lose by telling them the truth. I don't work for them. If they don't like what I have to say, I get in my car and drive home. No big deal. But at least they get a different perspective."

After this post before the Raw episode he noted on social media that the Raw tonight might be the last he will watch. He will stop watching Raw after it. Here is the post:

Brad Maddox to return to indies

Former Raw gm Brad Maddox who was released from WWE this past Wednesday, has decided to return to independent circuit. Apparently he will be using the name "Mad Maddox" for his indie appearances. He tweeted the following:

Maddox was fired by WWE after reportedly saying "cocky prick" in a promo before smackdown.

Finn Balor talks about competing with Kavin Owens and more

WWE NXT Champion met with former ECW champion Taz for his latest interview. They both sat down in the "Taz Show: Bodyslams & Beyond". Finn talked about facing Kavin Owens on 'WWE: Beast in the east' event, his fellow country man sheamus winning the WWE Title and more. Below are some highlights of the interview:

Balor said facing Kavin Owens at BITE event in Japan was a moment where his career came to a full circle; he said it was a very high point of his career:

"I've had a lot of matches and the match with Kevin Owens really is one of probably the highest points in my career just for so many reasons. Obviously, the history in Japan and having been there, that building [Rygoku Kokugikan, also referred to as Sumo Arena]. I went to my first New Japan [Pro-Wrestling Co.] show there. I had my last New Japan match there. Then, to make that move, uncertain move to NXT, arriving in NXT with Kevin Owens, go through the same kind of struggles with adapting to everything together over the year. And then, within a year, return back to Sumo Arena, Tokyo to face someone who I became very close friends with, Kevin Owens, for the NXT title on a WWE Network special, it was kind of a very full circle moment."

Balor added that Owens is very genius and it's an honour for him to compete with him:

"To be in [The Beast in the East match] with someone who I consider an absolute genius in the ring, a genius on the microphone, a genius in the ring, the way he looks at the business is very different than most people, and to be in there and share that moment with him was a real honor for me."

He also talked about Sheamus winning the WWE championship and indicated that he should be the next in line for the championship:

"I just perked up a little bit, I [have] got to say, when I [saw] Sheamus coming out [after Roman Reigns beat Dean Ambrose in the finals of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament]. I always have a bit of a soft spot for a fellow Irishman, Finn beat Sheamus six times on the U.K. tour last week, so where does that leave me?"

William Regal talks about his favourite moment of wrestling career

Recently on WWE Network's "Table for 3", King Barrett set along with William Regal and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus and chatted in an episode dubbed as " Kings' Court". It's notable that all 3 men have won the WWE King of the Ring tournament in past.

Regal said that dressing in Drag was his favourite moment of his wrestling career:

"That was probably my favourite thing I've ever done in the entire time I've been in wrestling. doing that was the most actual fun I ever had".

Regal said that Raw was emanating from Las Vegas that night, and then only the Raw Roulette idea came up. He said that he was asked to dress in drag for his match against Goldust:

"If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right, I want the full Vegas showgirl [regalia]. I want the thing, but where are we going to get [that]? I want red high heels. Where are we going to get that? It just happened that we were in Vegas. Well, actually, I'm nearly a [size] 12 [shoe], so they went and got me 13 size red [heels], but we were in Vegas, so it was okay. It all worked out nicely."

Regal joked about his man's man gimmick and said that the only good thing about that part of his career is that he has "no recollections" of it. Regal was struggling with drug issues at that time and does not recall much of his time:

"It lasted five weeks. I had a 30-year solid wrestling career in 40 countries and I'd been pretty successful at lots of things, but that five weeks has defined my entire career. And people still sing that song to me every day and I'm not making this up, every time I call the office, and they put me on hold, it's that thing playing down the phone line."

Regal also advised the young professional wrestlers not to take themselves too seriously. He gave the example of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Kurt Angle, two guys who are considered very tough in the business:

"If you take yourself too seriously, you've got no chance in this job. You cannot take yourself seriously. You've got to embrace whatever is given and make the most of every opportunity to make it funny or to make it memorable. [Austin and Angle are] two serious fellas, right? So comfortable with themselves they're happy to do anything. That's the key to it. When you're happy and you're comfortable with yourself and you're not worried about being a top guy, you'll make the most out of anything and make it work."

Also King Barrett talked about meeting Sheamus for the first time and his belief that they both would make it to WWE. 

Legendary Wrestling trainer talks about training with Shawn Michaels and Daniel Bryan

The "Two man power trip of Wrestling" podcast recently spoke to Rudy Boy Gonzalez. He is considered a "legendary" trainer in Wrestling business. He has worked with lots of big WWE stars including Shawn Michaels and Daniel Bryan:

He talked about working with Shawn Michaels in then newly launched TWA wrestling school:

"The time period you are talking about was that he had "the attitude" and "was hard to work with" and he didn't want to drop the belt and he had the fight with Bret Hart. But at the wrestling school, he was just another guy. All the stuff that I had heard about him, we weren't actually buddies although we lived in the same town. Whenever I did stuff with WWF we would see each other in the hall and just say whats up. The first day of training we just talked and it was me, Ken Johnson and Jose Lothario and we just talked about what we wanted and our ideas were all pretty much the same. Not that there is anything wrong with what Jose or Ken wanted but Jose wanted more of the old school style of beating guys up and making them earn it. But we taught guys and treated them as young men."

He said that Shawn had no attitude coming to the center and leaved the 'Heartbreak Kid' gimmick in the WWE Ring;

"Shawn never or not once did he ever come in there as the Heartbreak Kid, he came in there as just Coach Shawn. All the stuff you saw on TV never came in there. He never had an attitude and just trained with everyone with what he could do because his back was still injured from his surgery. He was just one of the guys and it was just great. I wish he still had the school so I could work with him and so we could just talk. That Shawn Michaels, the Heartbreak Kid guy never existed at the school."

He said that he knew that Daniel Bryan was going to have a good spot but didn't knew that he would make it so big in wrestling:

"You knew he was going to have a spot because Bryan was just "that guy" and just a nice guy. He did everything that was asked of him and was always on time, trained hard and did things without an excuse. He was always asking questions. He and Brian Kendrick became very good friends and were also very competitive so if by chance I would say to Spanky that was pretty good, then Bryan Danielson would work twice as hard to out due Brian Kendrick. But both of those guys you knew would be able to compete but to be very honest I never knew he (Danielson) would become THE guy in WWE and at that time it was Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Kane, The Godfather I never thought I could see RAW and say I can see Bryan Danielson doing anything like that. But watching him rise the way he has, I see him and I am proud of him, wish him the best with his health issues and I hope he gets over it. Everything he was getting, he deserves."

He also talked about Daniel Bryan's first match against him. He said that after two minutes into the match he was ”blown sky-high". He (Rudy) ultimately won the match but after the match Shawn asked him if he was ok.
